I never sell your personal information or share it with other marketers.
What you provide
The form collects your name, email address, question, topic, preferred answer format, and an optional role or job title. Please leave out passwords, access tokens, and identifying client or customer details.
How I use it
I use this information to review your question, tailor my answer, and reply by email. If you request a recorded video answer, I’ll email you a link. I may use your question, or an anonymized version of it, in my videos, newsletters, posts, or other content. Before sharing it, I’ll remove personal information and details that could identify you, your employer, or a client. I’ll get your permission first if I want to include your name, personal information, or other identifying details.
Services that help me respond
Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions. My email provider handles replies and related correspondence. Netlify’s spam filtering and reCAPTCHA help protect the form. These services process information needed to provide those functions.
Newsletter preferences
Submitting a question does not sign you up for Ethical Threat Insights. After your question is submitted, I check the email address you provided against my Beehiiv list to decide whether to offer newsletter signup. If you choose to subscribe, Beehiiv processes your email and subscription preferences and sends its own confirmation email to complete signup. Your role or job title helps me tailor my response. Submitting this form does not currently change your newsletter profile.
You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email. That does not prevent me from responding to a question you submitted.
Access and deletion
Questions are handled through my private form inbox and email, not a public queue. To request access, a correction, or deletion of your question or contact information, email contact@spenceralessi.com. I may ask you to confirm your email before acting on a request.
Questions and correspondence may remain in the form inbox and email until deleted. Newsletter preferences are stored separately in Beehiiv; tell me if your request also concerns that information.
